it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise
connected with any SPAM or other unsolicited bulk e-mails and postings.

will also pursue severe legal action against members who are involved
in SPAM that tampers with the integrity of its business. These actions
start with asking local Internet service providers to deny future
service to user, and continue by contacting user's employer and/or
university, local law-enforcement authorities or the US Federal Bureau
of Investigation for further severe legal sanctions.
SPAM includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited emails
and/or postings in discussion groups, bulletin boards, and other public
domain groups. SPAM messages are generally prohibited by most network
providers and certain jurisdictions and those users employing them
may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment. Norfa.com does not allow
its members to utilize SPAM messages. The company will automatically
terminate all spamming accounts.
